By accepting service at Élan Hair Studio you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

 New Clients 

We Love New Clients!

If you book on line and you are a new client you will need to pay a deposit to secure your booking time. You can click on the link above after you have booked your appointment to do so. You have 24 hours to leave a deposit or your appointment will be canceled. You can call the salon to book an appointment and leave the deposit over the phone as well. The deposit will be applied to your service or be forfeited if you No-Show. Feel free to call us if you have any questions about your booking!

Cancelation  Policy

You won't be charged when cancelling up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Otherwise you will be charged 10% of the service price for late cancellation, and 30% for not showing up.

 

Late Policy

If you are going to be late we ask that you please call the salon to inform us. Because of the nature of our business we may not have time to do the service you have booked, however we always try our best to accommodate and create a solution based on the time that we still have.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

If for whatever reason the product you have purchased from us has a defect of any kind we will gladly exchange your product for you within 3 days of purchase. We do not do product returns or exchanges for any other reason.

 

Salon Atmosphere

At Élan we aim to provide a professional atmosphere and sanctuary for our clients, a place to relax for a moment and relieve stress. For this reason and as a courtesy to our salon and our clients, we ask that you take full responsibility in watching your children at all times while in the salon. Due to the nature of our business, a number of sharp instruments and dangerous chemicals are all within reach of children, so we ask that no child be left alone at any point during your visit.
Your support and understanding of our policy regarding children and child safety is greatly appreciated.

Élan is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items during your visit.

 

Parking

We have a client parking lot located at the back of our building directly off Sara Avenue, please feel free to park here during your visit at Élan. We are not responsible for any stolen items or damage that may occur to your vehicle during your visit.
